Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Production Process
Hot-dip galvanized steel plate: It is an effective method of metal anticorrosion, mainly used in metal structure facilities in various industries. It is to invade the steel parts after rust removal into the molten zinc liquid at about 5000℃, so that the zinc layer is attached to the surface of the steel parts, so as to serve the purpose of anticorrosion.
The process of hot-dip galvanizing:
Raw Material—Pickled—Washed With Water—Assisted Plating Solution—Dried—Cooled—Medicated—Cleaned—Polished—Hot-Dip Galvanizing Is Completed.
Main features:
1.With excellent cold-rolled steel as the substrate, it has excellent processability and good stamping resistance.
2.The coating thickness is uniform, the adhesion is strong, the processing and forming are not peeling, and the corrosion resistance is good.
3.The surface is smooth, the size is accurate, the layout is straight, the zinc flowers are uniform and beautiful.
4.After passivation and oiling treatment, it will not deteriorate for short-term storage in the warehouse.
5.After the surface is smooth, it is a good substrate for making anticorrosive coated plates.
